  • Please fill out the form on our website, text or call 817.504.8501, or message us on Facebook or Instagram and we would be happy to book a tour with you. Tours take about 30 minutes, but we schedule extra time because many clients are ready to sign contracts to secure their chosen date.

  • We require a completed contract and initial payment of $1,000 upfront that is part of your total package price.

  • We let you choose from the following: payment in full on day of contract signing, 3 payments, 4 payments, or monthly payments. All payments must be complete by 90 days prior to your event.

  • Yes, but our preferred payment methods are Zelle, personal check or cash.

  • We have a list of preferred vendors who are people we have interviewed, worked with, and have known for many years. However, you do not have to use them. You may choose your own vendors with the exception of your bartenders and security. For those, we use DFW Bartending and Johnson County Sheriff’s Department. You can find our favorite vendors on our Preferred Vendor’s page.

  • It will depend on guest count, amount of preparation needed, and experience in catering/hosting large gatherings.

  • You must hire a TABC licensed bartender to serve alcohol. We have an exclusive partnership with DFW bartending who will either purchase alcohol or you may purchase the alcohol and bring it for them to serve. Please plan who will be responsible for purchasing and bringing the alcohol and know that only the bartender may serve the alcohol. You must also hire a Security Officer for every 100 guests when alcohol is being served. All security must be contracted through Johnson County Sheriff’s Department.

  • We provide white to-the-floor linens. We do require full overlays. If you would rather have to-the-floor linens without overlays, you would need to provide your own. We do offer a variety of linen colors to choose from. To inquire about color options send us an email at reddoorranchtx@gmail.com.

  • We have 3 options for tables available. 60” round tables, 72” round tables, and 6ft rectangle tables.

  • Yes, we do require that you provide us with a copy of your wedding insurance. We can help guide you in the right direction if you are needing help obtaining this.

  • For outdoor ceremonies, we provide wooden benches. For indoor ceremonies and receptions we provide white Chiavari chairs.

  • Yes. You can choose between a hexagon or square wooden arch to use for your ceremony.
