Introduce to trusted wedding vendors

Help direct and organize processional lineup

Help with vendor contacts and negotiation

Greet guests or instruct ushers on best way to seat guests

Help pin boutonniere and corsages

Keep track of marriage license, ritual items, and rings

Gather and distribute ceremony items at ceremony site

Make sure setup and decor for ceremony and reception is as requested

Serve as point person for all vendors

Review names of bridesmaids, groomsmen and other members of wedding party so DJ knows correct pronunciation

Verify items like favors and place cards receive proper placement

Light candles

Confirm setup for guest book and gift table, cake table, and rentals

Direct events to keep wedding flowing smoothly and on schedule

Assist with guest management

Respond to any last minute emergencies/changes

Ensure bartender is set up and packages up leftover alcohol

Facilitate boxed alcohol is placed in vehicle and locked

Collect and disburse security/other unpaid vendor payment

Check groom and bridal suite for proper cleanup

Facilitate process of moving wedding gifts to a trusted friend or relative
